A luxury, gated house with 3.5 acre of garden and a long driveway leading to the grounds providing ample parking. Surrounded by mature woodland, productions are assured of privacy and production infrastructure. The South Esk River runs through the property and the size of the garden allows for sun or shade at any point in the day.

The driveway and gates are easily accessed from the main road and can accommodate an eight-wheeler rigid truck and parking for many other vehicles.

The house has an 8m x 6m orangery with two sets of double doors for access to external spaces. The country style kitchen, snug and drawing room offer both comfort for residential guests as well as further options for filming and photography.

Above the garage a one-bedroom flat providing flexibility as a production office or overnight accommodation or crew.
